Employee tenure and movement

An engaging work environment and competitive remuneration translate

into committed employees and high retention rates, especially at senior

levels. While low employee turnover ensures continuity, and aligns group

performance with our long-term strategic objectives, we understand the

value of new insights and aim for an appropriate balance between internal

and new external appointments.
